1. The compromise petition between the Petitioner on the one hand and Opposite Party No.2 on the other hand, has been enclosed as Annexure3. Despite notice, no counter affidavit has yet been filed. The above position was also not disputed.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.1858 of 2015 arising out of Remuna P.S. Case No.130 of 2015 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore and all proceedings and orders consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
