Heard Mr.B.P.Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Maharana, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Vigilance). 2.

According to Mr.Rath the petitioner is aggrieved by nonregistration of his complaint dated 19.4.2022 under Annexure-3 as F.I.R. by the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, Cuttack (opposite party No.3).

On instruction Mr.Maharana, learned Addl. Standing Counsel Vigilance submits that the enquiry is going on and at least six months time is required to complete the enquiry. 4.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, Cuttack (opposite party No.3) to make all endeavour to complete the enquiry in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
