1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this case, the petitioner is the wife of one Sitakanta Sahoo who is serving as a Teacher of Kunjiri Panchayat M.E. School, under Begunia Block.

4. Grievance of the petitioner is that she was deserted by her husband without being paid any financial assistance which is purely a matrimonial dispute. This kind of dispute should not be brought under the service law.

5. In that view of the matter, the petitioner has remedy under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 regarding maintenance. Even Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. has adequate provision for such kind of grievance which has not been resorted to.

6. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representations before the opposite party Nos.1 to 4 for redressal of her grievance.

7. In such view of the matter, the opposite party Nos.1 to 4 shall take appropriate steps to dispose of the representations of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and a copy of the Writ Petition.

8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

9. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
