1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The grievance raised in the writ petition by the petitioner is limited to the extent that the representation dated 23.6.2022 has not been disposed of within three days of the dispatch of the representation inasmuch as the representation was sent on 24.6.2022 and writ petition was filed on 27.6.2022.

3. Even if taking a very strict view, it is not expected that any representation shall be disposed of within four days of its dispatch. A specific prayer is made in the writ petition for a direction to the authority to dispose of the said representation.

4. However, considering the limited nature of grievance raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the authorities to dispose of the representation dated 23.6.2022 (Annexure-1) sent by registered letter on 24.06.2022 receipt of which is enclosed as Annexure-2. 5.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the representation that has been made, shall be considered in

accordance with law by the appropriate authority and shall be disposed of in due time.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the authority concerned shall consider the representation dated 23.6.2022 sent on 24.6.2022 within a period of three months.

7. The decision that would be rendered by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks.

8. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case in any manner whatsoever. (M.S.Sahoo) dutta Judge
