Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 160 of 2022 arising out of Lahunipada P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022 on the file of learned SDJM, Bonei, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 450/376(2)(n)/506 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bonai, by order dated 8.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since18.03.2022. 5.

Taking into account the 164, Cr.P.C. statement and the medical examination report of the victim and being cognizant of the fact that charge sheet has been filed in the meantime, this

Court directs the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
