4. It is alleged that the Petitioner despite having married a lady in 1982 entered into marriage with other ladies by falsely projecting himself as a Senior Government Officer. It is alleged that he has cheated several such ladies with the intent of taking their money. The Present informant is one of such lady from whom the Petitioner is alleged to have taken away several gold ornaments and other jewelry items. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The Petitioner has been in custody for nearly 8 months by now. Therefore, I find no justified reason to detain him in custody any longer.

5. Considering the above facts, the materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall personally appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the court to take him to custody again. Further, he shall also appear before the I.I.C. of Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. once in a month on a Sunday at 10.00 A.M. till conclusion of the trial and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned Court once in a month.
