I.A. No.782 of 2022 06.

1. Heard Ms. S. Das, learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company and Mr. K. Das, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1-claimant.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the Appellant that though the appeal was dismissed as per the common judgment dated 20.06.2022, but since no time stipulation was fixed to deposit the award amount, the Appellant is facing difficulty to deposit the same in view of the direction regarding default interest made in the impugned judgment of the learned Tribunal.

3. Upon hearing both the parties, a new paragraph as 8-A is added after paragraph 8 of the judgment, which reads as follows:- "However, the direction for payment of default interest as contained in the impugned judgment of the learned Tribunal is waived."

4. The I.A. is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
