Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) It is therefore, prayed that Hon'ble Court graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition. (ii) Issue of an appropriate writ of like nature and Direction(s) or Order9s) to the Opp. Parties to bring over the present petitioner to the fold of old pension scheme by regularizing her past services rendered by her as qualifying service from the date of her initial date of appointment.
(iii) Direct the Opp.Parties to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date of her initial joining and release all consequential financial and service benefits within a stipulated time".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal on
// 2 // 12.03.2017, 25.08.2018,02.02.2020 and 25.03.2022 at Annexure-9-Series to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
