This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2022 in connection with Gurudijhatia P.S. Case No.62 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.257 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/324/326/307/294/505 of IPC.

Considering the nature of allegations, the fact that the injury caused to the injured is not serious in nature as also taking into account the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
