On his own submission of Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioners, the R.P. Case No.1528 of 2016 & R.P. Case No.1529 of 2016 are yet to be admitted.

In modifying his prayer, Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for a direction for early admission of the R.P. Case No.1528 of 2016 & R.P. Case No.1529 of 2016.

Considering the modified prayer of Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court finds surprise in the pendency of the above R.P. Cases since 2016 even without being admitted. This Court, therefore, directs the competent authority to find-out a mechanism for taking up such type of matters at least within a period of one month from the date of filing. Now coming back to the modified request of Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioners file a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.1528 of 2016 & R.P. Case No.1529 of 2016 before the Competent Authority, the same shall be

// 2 // entertained and the R.P. Case No.1528 of 2016 & R.P. Case No.1529 of 2016 shall be taken up for admission within a period of one week thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 5.
