This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 168 of 2021 arising out of Baipariguda Case No. 37 of 2021 on the file of learned SDJM, Jeypore, Koraput, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/323/294/379/506/149 of the I.P.C. .

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Jeypore, by order dated 21.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 13.05.2022. 5.

Taking into account release of the co-accused by this Court by order dated 22.02.2022 in BLAPL No. 1117 of 2022, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
