This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 21.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7732 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to carry out the correction in the body of the bail application. Accordingly, the order dated 21.07.2022 stands modified to the extent that in 1st line of Paragraph-4 of the order "C.T.Case No.420 of 2021" be replaced by "Special Case No.215 of 2022" and in 3rd line of said Paragraph "J.M.F.C., Basta" be replaced by "A.D.J.-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Balasore".

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 21.07.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
