Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as this Court finds, the Petitioner has already made a representation at Annexure-2 on the selfsame issue pending before O.P.3, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing O.P.3 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner, if necessary, entertaining an enquiry and also involving O.P.6 likely to be affected, and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
