Heard Mr. N.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

This application under Section 24 of the C.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.274 of 2022 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section10 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for a decree of judicial separation in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. 4.

Considering the distance between Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, I am not satisfied that the case should be transferred from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar.

The TRP(C) is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case of any subsequent development. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
