This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Ms. S. Patnaik, Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1,2,3 and 4 has produced before us the statements of the purported victim whose name is withheld by us for protecting her identity.

From reading of both the statements, recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C, it comes to the fore that the purported victim is aged about 23 years and she has taken a conscious decision not to live with the petitioner.

Mr. Manas Panda, learned counsel, appearing on instruction of the purported victim supported the statement made by Ms. S. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate appears for the State. 5.

As such, we do not find any scope to direct production by issuance of the writ of Habeas Corpus. Hence, this petition stands closed and disposed of.
