This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.22 of 2014, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Nayapalli P.S. Case No.226 of 2013, under Sections 302/294/34 of IPC read with Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act. 4.
Taking into account that there has been substantial progress in the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage. Learned Court in seisin over the matter do well to conclude the trial within the period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. 5.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
