Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 435 of 2017 arising out of Thakurmunda P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Thakurmunda, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/323/506/376 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Karanjia, by order dated 13.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C , this Court directs the petitioner shall be

released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
