2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 2nd May, 2022 in connection with Tarava P.S. Case No.104/2022 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.22/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sonepur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity and taking into consideration the fact that investigation is in progress, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. It is, however, open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer later.
