Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are accused in connection with T.R. Case No.54 of 2021 arising out of Padampur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gunupur, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Gunupur by order dated 23.06.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed.

In view of the quantity of the seizure being more than two quintals and the manner in which the petitioners have been

apprehended, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. The same stands rejected.
