Perused the record. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 05.07.2018 passed in O.A. No. 1739 of 2018, by which the Tribunal has disposed of the Original Application in terms of the Order passed in O.A. No. 2751 of 2014 and batch.

Since batch of matters have already been disposed of, in view of the observations made in O.A. No. 2751 of 2014 and batch, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. 6.
