Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

Taking into account the limited nature of the grievance which relates to alleged non-payment of arrear salary from 20.09.2014 of 31.12.2016 of the petitioner as an Anganwadi Worker, the Writ Petition is disposed of calling upon the Child Development Project Officer,(CDPO), Khaira (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.

The Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Khaira (Opposite Party No.2) shall do well to dispose of the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-2 within a period of

six months from the date or receipt/production of the certified copy of this order along with the copy of the Writ Petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
