01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- i) Admit and allow the writ application;
ii) Direct the Opp. Party No.4 & 5 to release subsistence allowance for the period from 07.02.2020 to 02.09.2021 and arrear up-to-date salary w.e.f. 03.09.2021 without further delay and/or within a time limit as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court. iii) Direct the Opp. Party No. 2 to dispose of the representation dtd.19.04.2022 as under Annexure-7 (series) within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. And/or issue any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the fitness of the case;

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 19.04.2022 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
