This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Talsara P.S. Case No.29 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No.45/92 of 2021 of the Court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Sundargarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/304B/302 of IPC. 4.
Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of material prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. 5.
It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of witness, Duri Kerketta.

Learned Trial court is directed to examine the said witness at the first instance, if possible.
7.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
