This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Special Case (NDPS) No.17 of 2022, on the files of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kantamal, arising out of Kantamal P.S. Case No.65 of 2022, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kantamal, by order dated 25.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the investigation is continuing this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 6.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the learned Special Judge after conclusion of the investigation, if so advised. 7.

On the move learned court shall be considered the same on its own merits not being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
