This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel appearing for the informant are directed to file affidavit indicating therein the fact with regard to the agreement entered with the builders and at what price the builder has agreed to sell the plot/flats to the informants. Further they shall also indicate as to how much money they have already paid to the builder and the balance if any payable to the builder by the next date. Copy of such affidavit be served in advance on the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is also directed to file an affidavit as to how many flats/plots are ready to be delivered immediately on the next date.

List this matter in the week commencing from 12.09.2022. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date. 5.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to appear before
// 2 // the I.O. on 29th August, 2022. On that date, the I.O. shall provide the copies of the documents/records seized from the Petitioner at the cost of the Petitioner.
