Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer: "Under facts and in the circumstances stated above it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition and i.

A writ of and/or in the nature of Certiorari do issue calling upon the opp. Parties to transmit all records rrelating to the present case such that conscionable justice may be done upon considering the same ii.

And issue direction to the O.P. to release the withheld pension amount since April 2019 with consequential benefits and further updating/regularizing the allowance/ pension within a stipulated period.

And may pass any such other order(s)/ direction (s) as this Hon'ble Court deemed just and proper;

And for which act of your kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall remain ever pray."

This Court finds, there is pendency of similar request of the Petitioner before the Deputy Director of Culture- Opposite Party No.3. On the own submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, there has been some development pursuant to Annexure-4. Considering the case is to be a pending case of Opposite Party No.4, matter stands dispose

// 2 // of directing Opposite Party No.3 to finalize the issue involving Annexure-4 by undertaking to complete the entire exercise at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
