Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.
Considering the nature of allegations and taking into consideration the fact that the alleged offences are stated to be committed under sections 147, 148, 323, 294/149 of the Indian Penal Code, which are bailable in nature and triable by the magistrate. The I.O. is directed to follow the mandatory provisions under section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the aforesaid case. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
