Allegation of the Petitioners pertains to non-receipt of the Order No.

application of the Petitioners U/s.22 of the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960 by the Sub-Collector, Kalahandi. This Court finds strange in the attitude of the competent authority. This Court is of the opinion that once an application is extended, it should be accepted and it is a different thing whether the request therein is entertainable or not? In the process, this Court directs, in the event the application at Annexure-3 is extended to the competent authority within a period of one week hence, the same shall be accepted and order, as appropriate, be passed involving the Petitioners.
