1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 21.09.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.1993 of 2016.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo on 13.05.2022 indicating therein that the present contempt has become infructuous in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and prays for permission to withdraw the same.

4. In view of the Memo filed, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
