Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.115 of 2021 arising out of Kasinagar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2021 on the file of learned GN-cum-JMFC, Kasinagar, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/34 f the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati by order dated 21.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Considering release of the co-accused by order of this Court dated 24.02.2022 in BLAPL No. 11317 of 2021 and release of another co-accused as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, namely, Boni Ravi in BLAPL No. 1991 of 2022, dated 5.04.2022, this Court directs that the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be

fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter including that one of the sureties shall be immediate family member of the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
