This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record and the materials. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in Suliapada P.S. Case No.106 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 420/468/471, I.P.C. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 5.

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
