This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.101 of 2022 arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 on the file of learned SDJM, Sonepur, for commission of the offence under Sections 273/274/275 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sonepur by order dated 20.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the period of custody i.e. from 25.5.2022 and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no criminal proclivity, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

While so releasing by the learned court in seisin over the matter to check the veracity of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the criminal proclivity. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal proclivity, the present order shall stands recalled.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the local Police Station once every seven days till submission of the Final Form. First date and time to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. Violation of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
