This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner No.1 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the in connection with Nuagaon P.S. Case No.82 of 2021 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.83 of 2021 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under POCSO Act, Nayagarh and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law.

In so far as the Petitioner Nos.2 to 4 are concerned, it is, however, directed that in the event Petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. Interim order passed on 29th July, 2021 does no more survive in respect of Petitioner No.1.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
