This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2022 in connection with Jajpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.01 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 489-A/489- B/489C/489-D/489-E of I.P.C. 4.
Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that investigation appears to have progressed substantially with seizure of all the incriminating articles, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the conditions that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case
// 2 // without fail, he shall not indulge in similar criminal antecedents while on bail, he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever and he shall not threaten, terrorize or harass the prosecution witnesses in any manner whatsoever. Violation of any of the terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
