This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C. T. (S). Case No.141 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Angul.

From the order of rejection passed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, it is seen that because of nonappearance on the date fixed, the petitioner was taken in to custody. 5.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter including that one of the sureties shall be immediate family member of the petitioner and shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station twice in every week till conclusion of the trial. It is
needless to say that violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of the bail.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
