This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail.

The petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Baisinga P.S. Case No.168 dated 15.06.2022 of District Mayurbhanj for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/323/ 354/354-B/294/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act. 5.

It is submitted learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 6.

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
