This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State (Vig.). 3.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Berhampur Vigilance P.S. Case No.9 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 6 of 2022(V) on the file of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 13(2) read with Sec.13(1)(b)/12 of the P.C.Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur by order dated 22.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Considering that the nature of allegation more or less are based on documentary evidence and the period spent in custody from 21.06.2022, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the

matter including that petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when required by the Investigating Agency. 6.

It shall be open to the Investigating Agency to move this Court for cancellation of bail in the event the petitioner does not cooperate with the investigation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
