A statement has been made in Paragraph-17 of this Writ Petition that for the self-same cause of action the Petitioners had earlier filed W.P.(C) No.16739 of 2017 and this Court did not interfere with the Order passed by the Tribunal and dismissed the said Writ Petition on 05.12.2017.
