This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the Petitioner wants to furnish an affidavit in that context.

However, without going into the merit of such compromise, this Court extends the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin over the mater to another four weeks from today.
6.
It is open to the Petitioner to place all these materials before the Court in seisin over the matter for examination and in the event the same is placed, the Court in seisin over matter shall consider the same at the time of consideration of his bail application.
7.
I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
