Mr. B.B.Mohapatra, learned counsel submits that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant on 5.7.2022. Registry is requested to trace out the same and tag with the file. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.251 of 2022 arising out of Baideswar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022 on the file of learned SDJM, Banki, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/376(1)/294/506 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Cuttack by order dated 21.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 25.05.2022.

Taking into account the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and tenor thereof, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
