Through this writ petition an allegation is made regarding nonOrder No. implementation of the order passed in R.P. No.543 of 2008. 2.

Considering the allegation made by the Petitioner and to avoid any further wastage of time, this Court directs, in the event there is no legal impediment in working out the order passed in R.P. No.543 of 2008, the competent authority shall work-out the order passed in R.P. No.543 of 2008, by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
