In modifying his prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioners made a request for issuing necessary direction for early admission of the S.R.P. No.49 of 2020.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files an application for early admission of the S.R.P. No.49 of 2020 before the Opposite Party No.2 within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of one week thereafter for admission of the S.R.P. No.49 of 2020.
