Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

For the statutory remedy of Appeal available to the Petitioner, the grounds stated herein can very well also be agitated in the Appeal and adjudicated upon by the Appellate Authority. In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition, however permits the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority under the O.P.L.E. Act involving the order at Annexure-4.

Let an Appeal be filed at least within a period of two weeks along with condonation of delay application, if any, further also application for interim protection Petitioner, if any. There shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property as on date shall be maintained by the Parties for a period of six weeks within which time the Appellate Authority shall dispose of the interim application involving the Petitioner.
