Heard Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Petitioners and Mr. B.B. Mohanty, learned Counsel for Opposite Party No.1.

Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Petitioners, on instructions, contended that the Disciplinary Proceeding initiated against Opposite Party No.1 has been concluded and the matter is placed to the Government for approval. The moment approval of the Government is received, the same will be intimated to Opposite Party No.1. 4.
In view of such submission, the legality of the Order dated 21.01.2016 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2745(C) of 2015 directing the State-Petitioners to complete the Departmental Proceeding within a period of three months does not require any further adjudication.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
