Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Since the Petitioner claims incentives/bonus for early completion of the work in question, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue his grievance before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement executed between the parties. In the event, the Petitioner approaches, the authority shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months thereafter. 4.
With the above observation & direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
