Mr. Pattnaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client filed grievance petition before the Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA) in January, 2022. The Case is not being proceeded with expedition. He prays for direction for early disposal of the case. 2.

Orders dated 19th and 20th January, 2022 and 7th February, 2022 have been annexed to the writ petition. It appears, on 7th February, 2022 petitioner was absent before the PLA. Mr. Pattnaik submits, thereafter his client had attended every date of listing before the PLA. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, the PLA is requested to deal with PLA Case no.9 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Petitioner, at

// 2 // least, should not hereafter ask for adjournment before the PLA. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
