Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.218 of 2022 arising out of Dabugaon P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022 on the file of learned JMFC, Umerkote, for the alleged commission of offence under Section 376(1) of the I.P.C. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Umerkote, by order dated 22.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 29.04.2022..

Taking into account the nature of allegation and period of custody, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the
matter including that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every week till submission of Final Form. It is needless to say that violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
