1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2022 in connection with Balasore Cyber Crime and Economic Offences P.S. Case No.1/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 419/420/465/467/468/471 of I.P.C. read with Sections 66-C/66-D of I.T. Act.

4. The allegation is that the petitioner along with others falsely opened website showing address of Customers Care of Indusind Bank and obtained vital information from the customers. In so far as the present informant is concerned, the accused persons are said to have taken away lot of money from her by obtaining her bank particulars.

5. Considering the above facts, the materials on record and the fact that investigation appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed

by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the following conditions:- (i) The court below shall insist upon two sureties each belonging to the district of Balasore.

(ii) The petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand).

(iii) He shall appear before the court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the said court to take him to custody again.

(iv) He shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the Court without obtaining permission.

(v) He shall appear before the I.I.C. of Balasore Cyber Crime and Economic Offences P.S., once in every month till conclusion of trial and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned court once in a month.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
