None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on 24.06.2022 and 14.09.2022. The bail application is pending since 05.07.2021 and in the meanwhile one year has elapsed.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
