This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is innocent and due to previous grudge the present F.I..R. has been lodged against the Petitioner. He has successfully passed the matriculation.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang in G.R.Case No.140 of 2022 arising out of Parjang P.S.case No.147 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today and moves for

// 2 // bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. It is directed the Petitioner to appear before the concerned Police Station once in a fortnight preferably on Sunday between 10 A.M to 1 P.M. and cooperate with the investigation.
